Referee Registration

Paychecks vary from $50-100 depending on certificate status.

Referees must follow Dress Code:

• White Button Up 
• Solid Red Tie (No patterns)
• Black Slacks
• White Sneakers/Taekwondo Shoes
• No Accessories (Watches, Bracelets, Hats, Suspenders, etc)
• If you do not have a White Button Up, we have very few Referee Back up shirts available to BORROW only for the day of the event.
• If you do not have a solid red, we have limited back up supplies of Red Ties available to BORROW only for the day of the event.

If you do not follow the dress code accordingly, you will not be eligible to Referee, Volunteer spots may be given instead.

Referee/Ring Staff Meeting: 7:00am Sharp (Don't be Late!)

• Please be sure to arrive early! We assign those to their designated Rings, showing everyone how to promptly do their tasks.

Opening Ceremony: 8:30am

• Doors will open to the public at 8:00am, the Opening Ceremony will start at 8:30am. Competitors from 4-7 will compete first and will be in the Waiting Area/Sorting Area starting 8:30am. These divisions should approximately finish around 11:30am.

Lunch Time: 11:30am-1:00pm

• Volunteer & Ring Staff will be dismissed by groups to visit the VIP/Break Room to pick up provided free lunches & snacks. 
• Lunch Menu: Chicken, Beef, Bean & Cheese Enchiladas
• During this time, the main divisions for ages 8-11 Sparring & Forms will begin right away.

Please be sure that in order to be Referee, Referees must stay the entire Tournament.

 From Staff Meeting until Clean Up. Hours may vary depending on the amount of competitors attending the tournament. Typically ending around 5PM.
